Nexly Learn helps learners improve communication, fluency, and AI-assisted learning through live practice, courses, workshops, and related educational products. Our AI workshops refer to AI-assisted learning and free workshop flows promoted on our websites and partner landings that link to this policy.

2. What personal data we collect about you

We may collect and process different types of personal data of prospective clients, clients, workshop registrants, vendors and suppliers in the course of operating our business and providing our services. These include:

• Contact data such as your telephone number, WhatsApp number (where provided or the same as your phone), postal or email address, pin code;
• Workshop registration data such as name, email, phone number, preferred language, city, and campaign or form source;
• Financial data such as payment related information or bank account details when you purchase a paid product;
• Website usage and other technical data such as details of your visits to our website(s), device/browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address;

In addition, we also collect recruitment related data of our tutors such as curriculum vitae, education and employment history, details of professional memberships and other information relevant to potential recruitment with Nexly Learn.

4. AI workshop and free session registrations

When you register for an AI workshop or other free session, we typically collect your name, email address, and phone number, and may collect additional details you choose to submit on the form (for example city, language preference, or learning goal).

We use this data to:

• Complete your registration and confirm your seat;
• Send operational messages such as schedule, joining links, reminders, and workshop-related instructions;
• Invite you to a WhatsApp group or broadcast used to run the workshop, where that is part of delivery;
• Measure attendance and improve the workshop, landing pages, and related products;
• Tell you about other Nexly Learn educational products, where permitted by law and (where required) your consent.

“Free” means there is no fee charged for the advertised workshop session itself. Free registration does not include paid 1-on-1 classes, subscriptions, or other paid products unless those are purchased separately under their own terms and prices.

Certificates or completion acknowledgements, if offered, are at Nexly Learn’s discretion and are not a guaranteed accredited degree, government-recognised qualification, or job placement unless we expressly say so in writing for that specific programme.

5. WhatsApp, SMS, email, and calls

We may use WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone calls for two different purposes:

• Operational: registration confirmation, workshop reminders, joining instructions, group invites needed to attend, and support related to a product or workshop you signed up for.
• Marketing: information about other courses, offers, or events. Marketing WhatsApp/SMS/email is sent where permitted under applicable law, including where we rely on your consent or a lawful basis available to us, and you may opt out using the instructions in the message or by writing to us.

WhatsApp is provided by a third party (Meta). Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

6. App Privacy Policy

Our app is strictly prohibited from publicly disclosing any personal and sensitive user data related to financial or payment activities, as well as any government identification numbers. We prioritize the privacy and security of our users' information and ensure that such data is protected at all times.

We strictly enforce policies that prohibit unauthorized publishing or disclosure of people's non-public contacts. We respect the privacy of our users and their contact information, and we take measures to prevent any unauthorized access, use, or sharing of such data.

The App collects/transmits/syncs/stores user mobile numbers and passwords to allow users to access the app's content securely and authenticate their identities. This data is stored securely to facilitate user login and ensure authorized access to the app's features and content.

The app provides users with the option to request account deletion. This allows users to exercise their right to have their personal data removed from our systems upon their request.

The app utilizes approximate location information to prevent fraud. This data is collected to analyze user location patterns and identify any suspicious or fraudulent activities, thereby ensuring the security and integrity of the app and protecting the interests of our users.

The app collects device IDs to prevent fraud. The device IDs are used to uniquely identify and authenticate devices to prevent fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, and misuse of the app's features and services. This helps maintain the security and integrity of the app and protect the interests of our users.

Recordings may be accessed by authorised Nexly Learn personnel and, where required, shared with service providers or authorities for the purposes described in this policy, including compliance under section 69 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

12. YouTube APIs

Nexly Learn provides learners an option to directly share their session videos on their own YouTube Channel. Users who choose to use this feature to upload their videos on their YouTube channels are required to know the following:

• By using Nexly Learn's YouTube sharing feature, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Nexly Learn uses YouTube API services to enable users to directly share the videos on their channels.
• Nexly Learn will not store YouTube API data for more than 30 days.

13. What rights do you have in relation to your personal data

If you have any questions about our use of your personal data, you should reach out through this website. Under certain circumstances and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to require us to:

• Provide you with further details on the use we make of your information.
